Hunger hurts: mind, body and soul

Have you ever been so hungry that you got grumpy or mad?

Have you ever been in a meeting that went longer than expected and you had to ignore the rumbling in your belly so you could focus in the meeting?

Have you ever had a busy morning and had to rush out the door before you could grab something to eat?

Being hungry for too long hurts.

Being hungry every day hurts.

Not knowing if there is enough food at home to fill your belly after school is a reality that kids face every day.  And that hurts kids' minds, bodies and souls.

On behalf of the kids who have to go to school hungry, who don't have enough food for lunch, and are worried there isn't going to be enough at dinner, please, join us and Show Kids You Care... together we will help provide food for kids in need.
